Playing with Tiny Dolls
Like many crafters, I like to make gifts for my extended family members. When searching for items I might give to little girls, I came across these simple doll patterns designed and sold by Delilah Iris https://delilahiris.com and Gingermelon http://gingermelondolls.blogspot.com
They are hand sewn with felt and just about 4 inches tall. They take up a lot of time, but I enjoy it. They can be done in front of the TV and new episodes of my sci fi shows are coming out soon – win, win. As it turns out, they are most appropriate for adults and older children. Felt is not washable and does not hold up well to play.
I have now begun to design my own patterns for different characters and even dolls of my adult niece and nephew! I look forward to the day we can all get together in our small studio, so we can make them together. Until then, they will be available for sale on our Custom Shop page.
It would be fun to make these with a class ACVS (After Covid Vaccine Success).
If you can’t wait to make one for yourself, click on CUSTOM SHOP in top menu for price and details.
